The modern so-called weight-loss drugs like semaglutide have shown the way. Don't futz around with food policy and advertising restrictions and whatnot, that stuff doesn't work. Just fix the people so they want to eat healthy food. It's a gentle and desirable form of mind control. Let's all take the time to get used to the idea. I need more research anyway before I can straighten things out forever with my king-of-the-world drug.
