Americans have elected a boss more bossy than Bossier City, Louisiana, and more cuckoo than a clock from the Black Forest. He wants to rule the people by acclaim (real or falsified) and the government by fear. But some have more to fear than others. I mean, what kind of fanatical right-wing tyrant doesn't want to nuke San Francisco?
