Diet is like the moon. You need full foods, half foods, crescent foods,
and occasional new foods. Most eat a good range of half foods, and those
who have followed along so far are familiar with full foods. I’ve
realized that my crescent foods may be deficient: I eat cashews and
elbow macaroni, but no croissants, even though breakfast is the most
hyped meal of the day. Am I missing crescential nutrients? What if I cut
my salad with a sickle?
