You use your knowledge of the world to interpret what you see. You use what you see to learn knowledge. How does the loop close, so that you can learn stuff without going around in circles? It's ultimately the same idea as the origin of life: Thanks to Darwin, you are born with foreknowledge to start interpreting the world. Some people are born without this valuable foreknowledge, and do think in circles. They are philosophers.
