Possible trouble around Taiwan? The U.S. Navy is preparing too:
PEO USC of OPNAV has declared IOC for UISS, an important component of
the MCM MP for LCS and VOO.

Based on a real U.S Navy announcement. I removed the filler words and
left the acronyms. It has no direct connection with Taiwan. "IOC" stands
for "initial operating capability", that is, they allow themselves to
make use of their new tech.
