What do you think, ignorance or stupidity? The West believes in deterrence, because fighting is bad. And we try not to scare people, because it's provocative and could cause fighting. Nobody notices that deterrence means being too scary to attack. Do we not know what the words mean, or are we incapable of grasping arguments that are one step long?
