I make macaroni and cheese starting with free-range macaroni and
wild-caught packaged cheese. When it is ready, I add cheese for
seasoning. It can get tedious, and I'm always on the lookout for ways to
simplify my recipe. Maybe I can cut down on the amount of macaroni?
