2 February 2022 - provocation

Western governments have strange ideas about aggressive authoritarian governments. They understand that showing resolve is key, so they try to work together. They simultaneously hold the opposed idea that defending yourself is provocative. It's worse than believing the other side's propaganda. I propose a new proverb:

Not to provoke is to provoke.
