The Indian side publishes spare reports which skip or falsify any problematic points. The Chinese side offers virtually no credible information. How are we outsiders to judge events on the disputed non-border? They could be playing the card game Oh Hell, but if not, it will be days before the radioactive clouds reach monitoring stations that are willing to talk.
