Do you favor net neutrality? Most people don’t know what it is, so
they are neither positive nor negative, which I guess we can count
as a contribution to net neutrality. But where I live, the
regulators with the power have the electrons, which are negative.

Net neutrality is about the balance of power between consumers
and providers.
