It’s the powerful Donald Trump, who gets a kick out of pulling his dirty tricks in the open so that everyone can admire him for how much he gets away with, versus the mighty spy agencies, which possibly pull their possible dirty tricks behind the possible scenes where we may possibly not know about them. The question is not “Who wins?” but “Will anything be left standing?”
