analyst: Police officers are judged in court according to their beliefs at the time. They can arrest you if they believe that have probable cause, they can shoot if they believe there’s deadly danger.
officer: What’s going on here?
analyst: Just a bit of education. So if they want to get away with something, they escalate to a confused situation where they might believe anything.
officer: Do you have a permit for this?
analyst: Don’t need one. Would you prefer the Justice Department publication, or your own city’s?
officer: Hey, are you recording? I could arrest you for that!
analyst: Not legally.
officer: You gotta problem? Hey, you gotta problem? Hey!
analyst: Oh, that one’s more effective if you have two officers to shout contradictory orders.
officer: Arright, I’m—
analyst: This goes straight online. Nothing to seize.
officer: So you stay out of trouble, you hear?
