2 December 2012 - claiming chinaware

< yesterday -- tomorrow >

China today claimed sovereignty over chinaware worldwide, according to the government’s official impressment agency Xinhua. “Like the South China Sea, it has ‘china’ in its name, so it is historically and irrevocably part of the indivisible People’s Republic. All your saucers are belong to us!” explained the article. “Oh, and don’t forget about the chinaberry trees too!” Pundits expect Indochina to be the next province annexed, though there may be international resistance since Indochina includes India.

clue:

The Indochinese peninsula got its name, I suppose, because it is between India and China.

give me a clue so sweet and true
