Yo doodicles, I’m y’know a software bug, and Knight Capital, wow, what a field day! Cuz like I’m real common and I bite everybody and all, but most people slap me and it’s not every day I get to knock over a billion dollar corporation or even kill a cancer patient. Lots of breakdowns before I can break it down ha ha ha get it, so one big big shout out to all my buddies the organizational bugs!

My impression is that trading companies are weak at testing their software and get hit by bugs frequently. Their last line of defense is to notice the big problems and stop them within two or three minutes. But Knight Capital took a half hour or more.
