When I am king of the world, health care will be nearly perfect. The healthy will be hospitalized for a day at a time by lottery, and the seriously ill will be shot before their admission paperwork is finished. With rock-bottom costs and near-zero patient mortality, all will agree that the globe is healthy as never before. There may be some mental health difficulties, though, since those who do not agree will be declared insane.
