Rare Giant Tsunami

How ready should you be for something that happens once in a thousand years, you guess maybe? I want to see the cost-benefit analysis. And to account for uncertainty I want to see the sensitivity analysis of the cost-benefit analysis, and the research plan to sharpen the estimates, and the polls to support the political argument for funding the research plan. Of course, you’ll need new ideas to validate the development projections for the next ten centuries. And hurry it up now, we only have one millennium to get ready.
