I live in the real world where almost everything that happens is hilarious, so I don’t really understand this “entertainment industry” thing. In entertainment, real events in all their variety, from awfully good to wonderfully bad, are represented as articulations of cliches, not different in essence from a plastic robot with flashing lights for eyes. Isn’t that hilarious?
