As I wander the world, looking at everything through my anomaloscope, I’m again and again amazed at the funny stuff that turns up everywhere, from impredicative imprecations to approximate exactions. But no matter where I look—and I’m sure it’s strange enough to be visible—I can’t find a normaloscope.
