By the Way, Niobium Is a Lot Like Tantalum

Do you resist temptation, or are you a temptation superconductor? The modern world injects a high temptation current, so let’s talk quenching. That’s when it all gets to be too much, your resistance returns and the developed tantalization must be shed suddenly. In other words, like smallpox, if you survive then you’re protected. Isn’t that ironic—I mean, niobic?

clue:

niobium - Important in many superconducting magnets.
