Dear U.S. Congress,
Do not be discouraged by your weakness in passing a 2,400 page
health care reform law. The Mixed-Up Law of Unintended
Consequences states that if your intentions are confused
enough, any consequence can be passed off as unintentional. Or
intentional, it doesn’t matter. So don’t be discouraged that a
few people have already read the entire law. When corporations
have reacted and courts have reinterpreted, your ineffability
will be restored.
