Speaking as a member of the global technocratic elite, I am distressed to report that the war against our traditional enemies continues apace, with new and horrifying casualties of civilian freedom. In the government theater, ACTA does not yet threaten key defense lines, but hostile forces have made a dangerous tactical breakthrough in the Italian court decision against Google. If not reversed, this defeat will force manual moderation of all public net postings, not only destroying individual freedoms by requiring third-party censorship, but also setting back our own plans for world information domination.
