North Korea is reforming its currency so that anyone who’s not already poor becomes poor—except the ruling elite, of course. Doesn’t that suggest a simple idea? When I become King of the World I’ll carry out the opposite reform, so that anyone who’s not rich becomes rich—except me. I won’t need money, I’ll have people for that. Juan Peron didn’t take populism far enough.
