One advantage of modern democracy is that you spend less time fighting with fire and the sword, and more with files and the word. In light of recent events, that immediately brings up a critical question: If Czechoslavia had a Velvet Revolution, then if Britain reforms parliament, what cloth do they get? Chiffon? Tulle?
