Short of the Riemann Hypothesis, there’s no problem that insurance cannot solve. Madoff made off with your makings? Require fiduciaries to hold fraud insurance, with the premiums on a sliding scale so that it’s cheap if the audits win plaudits. But forget that, just get retirement insurance right off the bat! If you don’t save, your premium goes up so high that the insurance company saves for you. When I’m king of the world you won’t pay taxes, but I will sell voluntary secret police insurance that protects you against going to jail.
