We’ve overlooked it all along, but if you understand logic, it’s simple. Many valuable inventions can be made without creativity or hard work—they can be deduced from first principles.

burglar alarm - If you are without an extruder, there is an intruder within.
air conditioner - If a down cover can keep you warm, a coverup can keep you cool.
