Exploiting Market Inefficiencies

In Philadelphia, the art district, with its tiny galleries where post-avant garde is archeological, is also the restaurant supply district, where shops offer ketchup dispensers and pizza ovens for delivery.

My plan is to sneak over, in broad daylight when all the artists are asleep, and swap the business signs. Then, taking advantage of the buzz over the latest thing in sculpture, I’ll sell my kitchen utensils for a fortune.
