Iraq will get blitzed—destabilizing. North Korea will collapse or not collapse—either way, destabilizing. Terrorists will continue with blowing up and governments will continue with cracking down—eh, call that stability. But I still hold out hope that Djibouti and Bolivia will team up to fix the situation in Nepal.
