If an uncontrollable[1] urge to dance is tarantism[2], then what is an uncontrollable urge to add footnotes[3]? Editism[4]?

[1] If you tire of dancing after a few days, it’s controllable.
[2] Though traditionally blamed on the bite of a tarantula, the desire to dance has been observed in individuals who suffer only from lust.
[3] Or endnotes[5]?
[4] That is, caused by the bite of an editor.
[5] And what about sidebars?
