By my so potent art, as full as opera,
Boasting of placards in the noontide sun,
I am the one
Who found the way
To bring the song and dance to light of day.
Weak masters that they be, the dead lie down before me.

I’m mixing bits of Prospero’s speech from The Tempest where he boasts of his magic powers together with Emily Dickinson’s poem “I cannot dance upon my Toes”.
