game AI stuff

Jay : game learning : game AI

- Game AI
Pages of game AI information maintained by Steven Woodcock. I find the most valuable pages to be the list of commercial games with interesting AI and the summary of the state of the art in classic games.

- Games & Puzzles
Links from AAAI, the American Association for Artificial Intelligence. Don't miss their pages about specific games.

- AI
Articles listed by GameDev.Net. They have a pretty wide range.

newsgroup and mailing list

- comp.ai.games newsgroup
It has a FAQ by David Burbage and an awkwardly-organized archive of past messages.

- the defunct Computer Game-Playing mailing list
There is an archive of past messages which includes a tiny bibliography.

archives

- go archive, with mirrors
A large collection of all kinds of go information.

- x2ftp archive
A big MSDOS game programming ftp site in Finland. There is a U.S. mirror. The sections interesting for machine learning are AI and theory.
